At Emami Frank Ross, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of medicines and healthcare products. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we want to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Due to safety and regulatory considerations, we do not are unable to accept returns for certain items like nasal sprays, injections, insulin etc. once they have been delivered to the customer. If you have concerns about a medication, please raise during the delivery so that it can be properly addressed.

We also do not accept return for products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, covid essential products including but not limited to masks and gloves, sexual wellness products including but not limited to condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc.

However, the Company shall accept return if aforementioned products are defective, deficient or spurious or not of the characteristics or features as advertised. You are requested to raise the request with our call center (Ph: 033 6666 6666) for the same within 7 days after delivery of products.

You are requested to ensure the following while returning the products:

  • The item is not opened partially or fully. The customers are requested to check for the same while receiving the deliveries.
  • The item should have original packaging as was delivered.
